Service Description

Moonhopper, a brand of Graves Digital LLC, provides voice assistants and websites to local service businesses. Our voice assistants answer inbound calls, collect caller information, and relay leads to the business owner via SMS and logging tools.

No Guarantee of Availability

We strive to keep our services running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our services depend on third-party providers (including Twilio, Retell, and others) and may experience downtime due to factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graves Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

SMS and Phone Communication Terms

By providing your phone number to Moonhopper or by calling or texting a Moonhopper-powered phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages and phone calls, including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system, AI-generated or artificial voice, or pre-recorded messages. Communications may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service quotes and follow-ups
• Payment and scheduling reminders
• Promotional offers related to the services you inquired about

You acknowledge that you are not required to consent to receive promotional texts or calls as a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message; no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@moonhopper.ai.

Opting out of promotional messages will not affect service-related communications (appointment reminders, quote follow-ups) unless you specifically request to stop all messages.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data obtained through the SMS program will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

Moonhopper uses AI-powered virtual assistants to handle inbound calls on behalf of business clients. These assistants use AI-generated voice technology to interact with callers. Responses aim for accuracy but may occasionally contain errors. Users should verify critical information directly with the business.

By calling a Moonhopper-powered phone number, you consent to interact with an AI-powered virtual assistant and to have your call recorded and transcribed for service delivery purposes.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the services only for lawful purposes. Business clients are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding how they use the lead information collected through our platform, including telecommunications and marketing regulations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By using our services or opting in to receive messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
