Moonhopper is a brand of Graves Digital LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. We build voice assistants and websites for local service businesses.

When you interact with a Moonhopper-powered voice assistant on behalf of one of our business clients, we may collect:

• Address or service location
• Details about your service request (e.g., yard size, issue description)
• Call recordings and transcripts
• Whether you consent to receive text messages

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely to connect you with the business you called. The business owner receives your details as a lead so they can follow up with you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

To deliver our service, we use the following third-party providers:

• Twilio — telephony, SMS messaging, and phone number management
• Retell — voice assistant platform
• OpenAI — language processing
• Google Sheets — lead logging
• Vercel — web hosting

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

SMS & Text Messages

Moonhopper sends SMS messages on behalf of our business clients. When you call or text a Moonhopper-powered phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages and phone calls, including those made using an automatic telephone dialing system, AI-generated or artificial voice, or pre-recorded messages. Messages may include appointment confirmations, quotes, service reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers related to the services you inquired about.

Information Collected via SMS

Through calls and text messages, we may collect your name, phone number, service address, and details about your inquiry. This information is used to provide quotes, schedule appointments, and facilitate follow-up communications on behalf of the business you contacted.

How We Use SMS Data

• Sending appointment confirmations and reminders
• Providing quotes and estimates
• Following up on service inquiries
• Scheduling and rescheduling services

Opt-Out & Help

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To resume messages, text START to any of our numbers. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email us at hello@moonhopper.ai.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is only shared with the specific business you contacted and with service providers necessary to deliver SMS messages (see Third-Party Services above).

Data obtained through the SMS program will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is only shared with the specific business you contacted and with service providers necessary to deliver communications.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent Not Required

Consent to receive text messages or phone calls is not required as a condition of purchasing any service from Moonhopper or its business clients.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and SMS logs for up to 12 months to support our business clients' service operations. Lead information (name, phone number, service details) is retained for as long as the business client maintains an active account with us. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at hello@moonhopper.ai and we will remove it within 30 days.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use cookies to collect personal information for SMS marketing purposes.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure storage of contact information, and restricted access to customer data. While no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
