Our Mission

Local service businesses lose real revenue every time a call goes to voicemail. Moonhopper exists to make sure that never happens again. We build AI voice assistants that answer every inbound call — so landscapers, plumbers, pest-control operators, and other local service owners can run their business without worrying about the phone.

What We Build

Moonhopper's voice assistants pick up inbound calls 24/7, hold a natural conversation with the caller, and collect the details a service business actually needs: name, phone number, service address, and reason for calling. The moment the call ends, the lead is texted to the business owner and a full email summary — with the call recording and transcript — is delivered to their inbox.

Every assistant is configured for a specific business. The voice, the questions it asks, the services it books — all tuned to how the owner actually runs their shop. No templates, no generic scripts, no juggling IVR menus.

Who Runs It

Moonhopper is the voice-assistant product of Graves Digital LLC, based in Oklahoma City. Tim Graves founded Graves Digital to bring modern automation and web tooling to the local service businesses that keep our city running — the shops that can't afford a full-time receptionist but can't afford to miss a lead either.
